| The River Ranch Lodge and Restaurant is a historic lodge on the banks of the Truckee River on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe with a restaurant, patio and lodge rooms. It is a cozy lodge with 19 rooms and the restaurant and bar having two roaring stone with seating in the dining room situated over the river. The patio is available in the summer time only with busiling crowds of people coming off the river from rafting and enjoying our bbq and bar in the afternoon. We are close to summertime activities such as rafting, biking along the river, hiking and 3 miles from Lake Tahoe with boating, kayaking etc. In the wintertime, we are close to many ski areas including Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows as well as snow shoeing, sleigh rides and ice skating. | Catalyst Ranch is a creative meeting and event space in downtown Chicago, located right next to the expressway in a historic building dating to the 1880's. We have 2 separate floors furnished with vintage furniture from the 1920's through the 1970's as well as lots of ethnic artwork. There are 3 rooms on the 3rd floor ranging in size from 700 sq. ft. to 3,250 sq. ft. connected by a "kitchen" area with a bar and a "Sausage Room" where they used to smoke sausages when the building was a sausage plant. There is approx. 7,600 sq. ft. of rentable space. The 4th floor has 2 rooms, both 1,400 sq. ft. connected by a long hallway with a "Herring Room" and a "kitchen" area with total rentable space of approx. 4,450 sq. ft. All the rooms have lots of windows, some exposed brick walls and colorfully painted walls. Some rooms have painted ceilings, others have wood beam ceilings. The 3rd floor has painted concrete floors. The 4th floor has Brazilian Cherry floors. There are oriental, Turkish and Moroccan rugs in all the rooms. | |||

| Sophie's has the definite feel of a 40's or 50's style ice cream parlor. It is a single brick-wall room located at the North East corner of the square of Historic Washington, GA. It is decorated with antique TV's, appliances and toys. The tables and chairs are very retro. The building's electrical circuit was updated in 2006. There is a shaded area outside the shop with a view on the Fitzpatrick Hotel and the Court House. The top of the building is a very run-down appartment, but it offers great views. Sophie's currently serves ice cream, sandwiches, paninis, pastries and proudly brews Starbucks® coffee. | |||

| The Brick Kiln was originally built in 1891. It functioned as an operating brick kiln from 1891 to 1915. In 1989 it was retrofitted and refurbished to contain a restaurant. The interior is reminiscent of old wine caves in Europe, with 8ft thick brick walls that house 5800 square feet of beautiful architecture. It is located 15 minutes north of San Francisco.
