Description	I am a collector of the Historic Preservation of signs and road memoribilia ranging from vintage motel and restaurant signs, to oil and gas signs from the last 90 years of our history. Neon signs and even an old diner from the 40's nestled under a huge cottonwood tree near all of the ponds that flow through the ranch. This place was a dairy farm in the early 1900's and all of the barns remain intact, full of nostalgia and signs inside and out with restored semi-trucks to muscle cars, the place has been photographed and filmed by thousands of cameras and is a backdrop unlike any in the world. The huge stage and amphitheater is in use frequently and also is a very unique setting.
